FAQ’s

  • Click any “Let’s Talk” button to schedule a free 15-minute telephone consultation. During this call, you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have about the therapy process or about how I work. We will determine if I am a good fit for your needs. If we decide to move forward, we can schedule an initial appointment during this call.

  • My fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $250. If you are interested in EMDR, longer sessions are often recommended to help process trauma. I also offer a 75-minute therapy session, and the fee for this is $375.

  • EMDR Intensives are offered in 4-hour sessions or 6-hour sessions. The cost of a 4-hour intensive is $1300, and a 6-hour intensive is $1950. You will additionally need one preparation session before treatment and one integration session following the intensive. These sessions will be billed at the standard $250 fee for a 50-minute therapy session.

  • While the upfront cost of an EMDR intensive may seem high, it often covers the equivalent of weeks or even months of therapy condensed into one powerful experience. You’re not just paying for time—you’re investing in a highly customized, trauma-focused healing process. Many clients find that intensives offer faster relief, fewer total sessions, and greater long-term value than traditional weekly therapy. For high-functioning moms with limited time and a desire for deep transformation, it's a wise, impactful investment in your emotional wellbeing.

  • I do not bill insurance directly as I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a monthly statement, or “superbill,” which can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement if you have PPO coverage. Please contact your insurance carrier to find out more about your out-of-network benefits and coverage.

  • I am currently offering telehealth sessions only, which will take place over a secure HIPAA compliant video platform.

  • I am an individual therapist; however, there may be times when it is beneficial to have your partner attend a session with you to ensure you have the support you need. We can discuss this during our individual sessions.

  • I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If proper notice has not been provided, you will be financially responsible for the cost of the session.

  • Good Faith Estimate Notice:

Clients who are not using insurance for their care have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” from their care provider. Under the “No Surprises Act,” health care providers, including therapists in private practice, are required to provide a document explaining the estimated cost of any non-emergency services clients will receive when they begin treatment.

Therefore, I will provide you with a document entitled "Good Faith Estimate" when we begin working together. This document is not binding and will simply list the hourly billing rate we discussed prior to beginning treatment.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit
